Ordering

  1. Does InknTech.com accept phone, or regular mail orders?

    To place a phone order, simply call customer service at 909-468-2035 or you may mail your order to

  2. Will InknTech accept mail in money orders?

    We prefer you make your transaction online or via phone with one of our knowledgeable sales or support staff, however, should you prefer mailing in a money order, you can mail it to the above address. When mailing a money order, please include a contact phone number where we can reach you should there be a problem with your order. Also, please try to be as descriptive as possible with the item you want as we have many items which are similar in nature. If possible, please send in a print out of the exact item(s) you'd like. If you have any further questions, please contact us at the number above.

  3. I did not receive an order confirmation. Was my order submitted successfully?

    If you did not receive a confirmation on the order however successfully clicked the last submit button, most likely our server received your order but communication back to your PC was interrupted. Please DO NOT re-place the order on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders and both being charged since we use an automatic computer system. Call our customer service at 909-468-2035 to make sure your order was received to be safe.

  4. I am concerned that I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?

    Call InknTech.com customer service at 909-468-2035. We will void the order for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain all the tracking numbers for the order you do not want and call the appropriate shipping carrier to refuse those boxes. You will be refunded when those boxes are returned to InknTech.com. If your order was shipped via US Mail, DO NOT open the package(s) simply take them to your local post office, and request for them to be returned to sender at no additional charge. Opened package(s) cannot be refused by the post office. You will then have to follow our return procedure, and you will also be responsible for all postage fees for the return.

  5. After I submit an order with InknTech.com, how will I be advised of the order's progress?

    InknTech will make every effort possible, to keep you informed of your order(s) via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item(s) has shipped. You may also check your order status by logging into your account for updates. If no tracking is available, please call customer service at 909-468-2035 for further assistance.

  6. How can I check my InknTech.com order status online?

    Go to Order Status.

  7. I checked my order status online and was advised that my order has been cancelled. Why?

    If an order is placed and the credit card declines or the shipping address cannot be verified after seven business days, the order is cancelled. The only way to regenerate a cancelled order is to place a new order online. If you feel that there is an error in the cancellation of your order Please call us at 909-468-2035.

  8. Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

    No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be amended or edited. You will need to contact us, by calling InknTech.com customer service at 909-468-2035 so that we can cancel the order. Any amendments will have to be in the form a new order on our website.

  9. Approximately how long does it generally take to process an order?

    All orders placed with Free or ground shipping will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase. Orders placed with Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select must be submitted by 2pm PST for same day shipping (shipping times excludes weekends, and holidays).

  10. May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?

    We do not combine orders for you over the phone. However, if you call us before your order is processed, we can cancel your orders and then you can re-order the total amount of items you wanted online. Please be advised that we cannot cancel any order(s) once our warehouses have processed it.

  11. Does InknTech.com give discounts if I buy in volume?

    Some orders may qualify for volume discounts. To see if your requirements meet our criteria, please call our wholesale department 909-468-2035

  12. Can cancelled orders be reactivated?
  13. No. Cancelled orders must be re-placed in the form of a new order on our website.

  14. Is the InknTech.com website secure? What type of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?

    We understand you may have concerns about using your credit card to make purchases online. We pledge to keep this information secure. By utilizing Secure Socket Layers (SSL), encryption technology, we are able to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. Your credit card information is not e-mailed nor kept on file, this process assures the safest handling of your credit card information.

  15. Does InknTech.com sell or release my personal information?

    InknTech.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from InknTech.com will be in regard to your order, RMA status and other information you may have requested, such as our discounts and newsletters.   16. Does InknTech.com offer a paper catalog?

    No. All current prices and products are posted on our website.

  17. What happens if/when an item is backordered?

    If an item is found to be backordered or out of stock after the order is placed, then you will be emailed with an estimated time of arrival for that item. Based on the information provided to you, you may then decide whether or not to remove the item from the order and the remaining items shipped.

  18. What happens if/when an item is out-of-stock?

    We do not sell merchandise that are phased out items or out of stock.

  19. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

    Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), call customer service immediately at 909-468-2035 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you.

  20. Why are my orders being canceled?

    No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services. Although InknTech.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices, products, and pictures listed on its site, InknTech.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. InknTech.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or your Paypal payment has been received. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase or your Paypal payment has already been sent, and your order is canceled, InknTech.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card, or Paypal account in the amount of the charge.
