We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time inkntech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

I used to love these, but my last order was a disappointment. The plastic is thinner and flimsy, and feels cheap. Maybe it was just a bad batch? I hope it's not a permanent change, because I have always relied on S4T for quality products.

These sleeves are great, just what you'd expect. Only small gripe is that the plastic for the CD hole is still attached. So you have to pull that out before you can use it. It's mostly perforated, hanging on in just a few spots. The plus side of that I guess is you can just pull one side, and the other is more or less intact. Also, the binder holes are not as pictured on the site. The actual holes are 2 pairs of 2 small holes, almost evenly spaced. That would matter if you were planning on putting them in a binder based on the holes seen on the site. In short, these are an A+++ given the price!

This is my favorite CD sleeves. Very sturdy & looks good too. Have ordered them in various colors - tried them all except the green one. My real concern is not with the product itself. Shop4Tech has been experiencing significant back orders on this particular type of CD sleeves. They do call you & let you know right away though. When called, I switched to another color, so they can ship it out ASAP. I ordered 200 sleeves on the 10th, got called about the back order issue on the 13th (resolved - switched to another color), but the package was shipped out on the 20th. Now, this REALLY concerns me. It truly does not take 7 days for them to put a package together to be picked up by UPS or dropped off at the post office. I am truly sad about this. With their horrible job at shipping things out, I just cancelled another order that I placed on these sleeves because the ones I ordered back on the 10th are nowhere near being delivered, so had to go buy some sleeves from another vendor last night. Shop4Tech used to be different. Where did that reliability & excellent service go? You find a favorite on-line seller & due to the switch in shipping method (Shop4Tech initiated a new shipping system to become more cost effective), things are not the same. It truly is a bummer.
