How do I return a product?

1. Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number

Call us at 909-248-2425 Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST or fill out the RMA request form online with the information outlined below to obtain an RMA number.

If you reach their extension and get a voice mail message then they are on the phone. Please leave a message and they will get back to you. If you have an immediate need, please call 909-248-2425.

If you have lost your record of the order number, please call us or email us.

When you contact us, a customer service representative will issue an RMA Number and will give you further instructions. You will receive this information via e-mail if your request was by e-mail or by phone if you contacted us by phone.

You must provide us with the following information to get an RMA Number.

  1. Ship To Name
  2. Bill To Name (if different from the Ship to Name)
  3. Your valid email address
  4. Your phone numbers
  5. Order numbers
  6. Date of Invoice
  7. Product Name(s) as shown on invoice
  8. Reason for returning the product
2. Packing up and sending back to us

When you receive the RMA Number:

  1. Write the RMA Number in big, bold letters on the top of the box in which the product is sent back to us.

  2. Please include a copy of your order/invoice inside the package and write down your RMA number for future reference.
  3. Make sure you put everything in the original shipping box with all of the accessories, manuals, CD driver software and packing material with adequate protection from shipping damage.
  4. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail with proof of delivery from the United States Postal Service.
3. Get a refund or exchange another one
  1. Please allow up to 5 working days from the time we receive your RMA to process your order.
  2. As soon as we confirm receipt and inspect the product with all of the accessories, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the price of the merchandise, less the applicable RTS (Returned To Sender) 15% Fee and shipping charges.
DISCLAIMER
  1. IF YOUR PACKAGES ARE SENT WITHOUT THE RMA#, THEN OUR WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENT WILL REFUSE THE PACKAGE. We are not responsible for its loss, damage or delays.
  2. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING CHARGES. CUSTOMERS WILL INCUR THE EXPENSE FOR RETURNING AN ITEM.
  3. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  4. Any unauthorized items sent (or included with authorized items) will be void and must be returned at the customer's expense.
  5. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If we do not receive your return within the 30 day time frame, your return will be void and we will be unable to honor the RMA (no exceptions).
  6. Should any damage to any items be deemed as a direct result from careless return packaging on the customer's behalf, we will impose that onto the RMA request.
  7. We are not responsible for any lost packages by any of the carriers.
